Edward V. Hodge, 30, of 69518 Butler Loop, Fort Drum, was charged by state police Saturday morning with disorderly conduct after an incident at Arsenal and Sherman streets.

State police said he was intoxicated and failed to leave the middle of the road after they told him to get out of the street several times. He was given an appearance ticket for City Court.
