Xavier J. Clayton, 20, of 10136 Fourth Armored Division, and Brandon J. Morgan, 20, of 10132 Fourth Armored Division, were both charged by city police on Saturday morning with disorderly conduct.

Police said they were fighting in the 100 block of Armstrong Street. Both were taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and then placed in Fort Drum military custody.
