Thomas “Tom” Uzailko Jr., 23, passed away unexpectedly June 21, 2012 the result of a motor vehicle accident in Theresa, NY . He was born May 17, 1989 in Fort Benning , GA.

Tom had a love for music, especially playing guitar and writing songs. His family will cherish his memory by remembering his passion for music and animals.

He is survived by his mother Holly Uzailko of Palermo NY, his father Thomas Uzailko Sr. of Theresa NY, his sisters Heather (Craig) Covington of Carthage NY, Amber Uzailko Jewell of Palermo NY, maternal grandparents Harold and Shirley Chamberlain Jr. of Cortland NY, his nieces Mickayla, Merrisa, and Makena, along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents George and Lena Uzailko.

A calling hour will be held Tuesday 2-3 pm with a celebration of Tom’s life to begin 3 pm at which time family and friends will be invited to share their memories of Tom at the Wright-Beard Funeral Home Inc., 9 Lincoln Ave Cortland NY 13045.
