UNLICENSED DOG - NORFOLK - Massena-based state police charged Heather L. Bush, 32, of Norfolk with two counts of harboring an unlicensed dog and two counts of having a dog at large without a collar or tag. The charges stemmed from a complaint made to state police on June 19.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - PIERREPONT - Canton-based state police investigated a one-vehicle property damage accident at 5:39 a.m. Monday on County Route 27 near County Route 24 in the town of Pierrepont. Troopers said the vehicle was being operated by Robert G. Baderman, 64, of Canton.
