SACKETS HARBOR — The village will be part of this year’s Fireball Run in September, according to Sackets Harbor Central School District Superintendent Frederick E. Hall Jr.

During the “adventurally” that takes place Sept. 21 to 29, the cars will drive through the village the same day they hit Watertown. The school band has been asked to play as the cars roar down the street.

“The board believes it is a good thing for us. It’s going to bring a lot of people into Sackets Harbor,” Mr. Hall said.
