Cape Vincent- Raymond E. Peterson, 83, of Huff Road, Cape Vincent, passed away June 23, at his home under the care of his family and Hospice Jefferson County. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, June 27, at The United Church of Cape Vincent, with the Rev. Mark Pierce, pastor, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours, arrangements are with the Cleveland Funeral Home, Cape Vincent.
