WEST CARTHAGE — A special meeting of the Carthage/West Carthage Water Pollution Control Facility management board is set for 4:15 p.m. Wednesday in the municipal boardroom, 61 High St., to discuss pursuing a planning grant.

If approved, a discussion will ensue as to who will write the grant application and an executive session may be called to discuss strategy regarding a litigation matter. Any other matters that may come before the board will also be discussed.
