Carol Ann Faby Golden, 70, passed peacefully through the rose colored wall to the secret garden of God and Jesus, on June __, in Annapolis, MD. Her daughter was at her side. Only six months earlier, she discovered she had advanced pancreatic cancer.
She was born on August 6, 1941 in Jamaica, New York City to Henrich Wilheim Faby and Helena Mae Hof Faby. She move to Kingston, NY when about six years of age and grew up there. She graduated from Kingston High School and attended New Paltz State Teachers College, prior to her marriage, on September 14 1960, to James Golden, from Henderson, NY.
They moved to Bowie Maryland, in 1983 and have happily resided there since that time.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, James; four daughters and their husbands, Joanne and Carl Webster, Bath, ME; May and William Wake, Williamsburg, VA, Ruth and Kevin Lane, Norfolk, VA, Rose and Darrell Pepperman, Terre Haute, IN; one brother, Paul Faby, Largo, FL; two grand-daughters and one grand-son.
Interment will be with her parents at Hurley Cemetery, Hurley, NY.
A Memorial Service will be held later at All Saints Lutheran Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Lutheran Church, 16510 Mount Oak Road, Bowie, MD 20716
