GOUVERNEUR — Arley L. Dahlberg, 27, of 272 Route 11, was charged Monday by village police with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle.

He is accused of stealing a vehicle belonging to Michael Chambers on June 15 on Prospect Street.

Arraigned Monday at the police station by town Justice Stanley H. Young Jr., Mr. Dahlberg was held without bail due to a previous felony conviction. He is to return to Gouverneur Town Court.
