Diane M. Tyus, 22, Fort Drum, who remains an inmate of the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building after being arrested April 30 in connection with a burglary spree, was cited with additional counts by state police Wednesday in connection with the investigation.
Two counts of third-degree burglary allege her involvement in the theft of tools, torches, and oxygen and acetylene tanks from a garage on the property of Troy H. LaRock, Route 3, town of Diana, and an incident April 23 at Danos Pizzeria, Felts Mills, where an ATM machine was torched open, according to police.
Her bail was set at $30,000 after she was charged April 30 in burglaries at two town of LeRay locations: Eternal Link on Route 342 and Skin Circus, Route 283.
Also charged in April and May in the spree were Robert A. Williams, 20, and Joshua J. Tagliaboschi, 20, both of Fort Drum.
