MENACING - CANTON - St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Department deputies charged Everett W. Cotter, 30, of 7227 County Route 27, Morley, with third-degree menacing, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest at 12:05 a.m. Saturday at his residence. Deputies said they responded to a domestic incident complaint between Coller and his niece. The Morley man was arraigned in the town of Canton Court by Justice Christopher Curley and released on his own recognizance.
