FINE A second person was arrested on felony burglary charges at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday, one day after state police made the first arrest in the case involving various items being taken June 17, 19 and 25.
Cody J. Tennant, 20, of 934 County Route 60, Newton Falls, was charged with three counts of third-degree burglary and one count of second-degree burglary, all felonies, troopers said.
Police were unable to provide locations of the burglaries.
Mr. Tennant also was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Troopers said he had one morphine pill in his possession when he was arrested.
Robert L. McGuinness, 31, Browns Falls Road, Oswegatchie, was charged Monday with three counts of third-degree burglary and one count of second-degree burglary in connection with the same incidents. He was released on his own recognizance.
