Thomas M. Rosen, 25, of 548 Mill St., was charged late Thursday by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with disorderly conduct at Bedford Creek Campgrounds, 16750 Allen Drive, town of Hounsfield.

Deputies said he shouted a profanity and threat about 11:15 p.m., and ignored orders to quiet down.
