LISBON — Daniel E. Skamperle, 43, Ogdensburg, was charged with driving while intoxicated along Route 10 in Lisbon Friday night.

State Police stopped Mr. Skamperle and issued him tickets for crossing hazardous road markings and DWI. A blood alcohol content was not released Saturday. Mr. Skamperle is a member of the Ogdensburg City Council.
