Watertown police charged Christopher B. Rushing, 28, of 304 N. Hamilton St., after he allegedly fled the scene of a motor vehicle accident Saturday in the 1200 block of Arsenal Street.

Arrested at his residence at 9:16 p.m. Saturday, he was charged with leaving the scene of an automobile accident, having no or expired insurance, improperly entering a roadway and aggravated unlicensed driving.

Mr. Rushing was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, where he was processed and held on $250 police bail pending arraignment in City Court.
