MACOMB— A Kirkville man was arrested at 9:49 p.m. Monday after he allegedly was found in possession of a stolen utility trailer on South Shore Road.

Edward L. Atkins, 54, Black Creek Road, was charged by state police with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.

Troopers were unable to specify from where the utility trailer was stolen.
