Doud, 73, Cape Vincent. The Doud vehicle went off the road, struck a stop sign and went down an embankment.
Mr. Doud was taken to Samaritan Medical Center for treatment of a cut to his hand. Mrs. Youngs was treated at the scene for bruises to her chest and a passenger in her vehicle, Erin R. Recor, 10, was treated at the scene for a complaint of neck pain.
Mrs. Youngs was cited failing to yield the right of way at a stop sign.
