MASSENA A Winthrop man accused of murder and free on bail was arrested by Massena-based state police Wednesday.
Dustin J. Trimm, 37, of 325 County Route 49, was charged with patronizing a prostitute, unlawfully dealing with a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police received a complaint from the victim, a 16-year-old male, and his mother at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, troopers said.
Trimm, whose father posted $250,000 bail in April, is accused of shooting 21-year-old Jason Wing in 2010, then burying his body on a Grantville Road property in Norfolk.
Trimm was arraigned in Parishville Town Court. He is being held in St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
