MASSENA - Village police picked up Elizabeth Vanguilder, 25, of 69 Sycamore St., Massena, on a federal warrant Tuesday afternoon. The warrant indicated a three count indictment for undisclosed crimes had been lodged against Van Guilder in U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District. She was turned over to the U.S. Border Patrol and is expected to be held pending an arraignment in federal court in Plattsburgh.
