■ STOCKHOLM — The bridge on Reagan Road over Trout Brook will be closed for replacement by the St. Lawrence County Highway Department from Tuesday until Aug. 10.

■ CARTHAGE — The Carthage village board will hold a special meeting at 11 a.m. Monday. Village president G. Wayne McIlroy said the board will go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter.

■ LOWVILLE — The Town Council will hold a special meeting at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the municipal office, Bostwick Street, to continue discussions on an assessment challenge from MSF Audubon. Most of the meeting is expected to be held in executive session.
