STAR LAKE An Oswegatchie man was charged Thursday by state police with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
The charges are part of a series of accusations state police are racking up against Robert L. McGuinness, 31. He also was charged in June with four counts of burglary.
The most recent allegations are that Mr. McGuinness had copper tubing, a saw and a video game system that did not belong to him.
He was arraigned in Fine Town Court and ordered held in the St. Lawrence County jail, Canton, on $5,000 bail.
