Franklin Hilton, 32, of 147 Maple St., Black River, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment about 10:10 p.m. Wednesday at his residence.

He is accused of shoving his wife, Emie, and of damaging a microwave, coffee maker and car windshield during a domestic dispute, according to court documents.

He is to appear in LeRay Town Court.
