GLENS FALLS The Watertown Wizards continue to be one of the top road teams in the league.
Brandon Cipolla slugged a two-run home run, doubled and drove in three runs as the Wizards rallied past the Glens Falls Golden Eagles, 7-5, on Saturday in a Perfect Game Collegiate League game at East Field.
Starting pitcher Ryan Dunn pitched six-plus innings to record the win and Jonathan Perez was credited with his second save as Watertown (11-16) improved to 9-4 on the road.
Derek Hagy doubled and singled, Peter Rajkovich doubled in two runs and Chris Glynn doubled to pace the Wizards, who won two games on their three-game road swing. Watertown has the worst home record in the circuit at 2-12, including nine consecutive losses.
Alberto Morales homered and singled to pace second-place Glens Falls (15-12).
The Wizards have won all three meetings against the Golden Eagles this season, including two victories in Glens Falls.
Watertown will attempt to break through on their home field as it hosts Mohawk Valley at 5 p.m. today at the Alex T. Duffy Fairgrounds.
