Mary L. Baslow, 32, of 619 Bronson St., Apt. 1, was charged by Watertown police with disorderly conduct at about 1:31 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of High Street.

She is accused of attempting to fight with people early Sunday at the intersection of High and Jefferson streets.

She was held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Sunday in Watertown City Court.
