Heather A. Crutchfield, 22, of 215 Winslow St., Apt. A., was charged by Watertown police Sunday with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

It is alleged that she was yelling and waving her arms in the presence of numerous people in the 200 block of Winslow Street, despite being told several times to stop. It is also alleged that pulled her arms away from officers and refused to face them while they attempted to arrest her. She is due to answer the charges in City Court.
