April M. Richardson, 24, of 284 E. Main St., lower apartment, was charged Sunday by Watertown police with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Police allege she was found to have five daggers at her residence at about 7:45 p.m. It is illegal for her to have the weapons because she was convicted of petit larceny in February 2011, police said. She is due to answer the charge in City Court.
