Constance Ann “Conni” Vebber, 62, of 180 Main St., Massena, NY, passed away at her home on July 5, 2012. She was born in Watertown on July 2, 1950, to Richard J. and Dorothy S. Vebber and lived her childhood years in Black River, New York.

A graveside service will be held at the Black River Cemetery on Wednesday, July 11th at 11:00 am, with Reverend Garvin J. Demarais of St. Paul’s Catholic Church, Black River officiating. Arrangements are with the Bruce Funeral Home, Black River.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Conni’s name to the Massena Humane Society, P.O. Box 145, 177 S. Racquette Rd., Massena, NY 13662 or the Massena Lions Club Vision Program, P.0. Box 5108, Massena, NY 13662.

Instead of grieving, we ask that you please celebrate her life, which was devoted to making the lives of those less fortunate better in any way she could.
