BRASHER — Brian Norton of the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency will be at the Brasher Town Hall from noon to 2 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. to noon July 18 to help citizens interested in starting their own business or improving an existing one.

Town Supervisor M. James Dawson said Mr. Norton will help residents interested in applying for a loan through the town’s newly formed loan fund.

To be eligible for funding, Mr. Dawson said applicants must be town residents.
