FORT DRUM — Thomas C. Hayes, 22, of 9 Bolton Ave., Alexandria Bay, was charged by state police about 5 p.m. at the post gate on Iraqi Freedom Drive with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.

State police said they found him in possession of oxycodone tablets and marijuana.
