CANTON Alleged murderer Dustin J. Trimms bail was revoked Wednesday morning in St. Lawrence County Court and he was taken to jail.
Despite accusations from Trimms attorney, Richard V. Manning, that the incident that landed him back in court he was arrested last week on misdemeanor charges of patronizing a prostitute and endangering the welfare of a child was a police setup, Judge Jerome J. Richards sent him back to jail, where he had been held while awaiting todays hearing.
Trimm, who is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly shooting and killing 21-year-old Jason Wing, then burying his body near Raymondville in 2010, was freed in April after posting $250,000 bail.
