POTSDAM — Alyssa C. Horn, 22, Rensselaer Falls, was charged by state police with petit larceny at 3:48 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 7494 Route 11.

She is accused of trying to steal tattoo cream, crackers and a bottle of cream soda.
