Justin G. Jodon, 20, of Akron, Ohio, was charged by city police Saturday with third-degree criminal trespass after he allegedly was observed on the roof of the former Jefferson County jail, 300 Coffeen St., owned by Brett O. Sizeland.

He was taken to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $250 bail.
