Retained Whittemore, Dowen & Ricciardelli to prepare the annual single audit for the county for fiscal year 2012.

Authorized the filling of three laborer positions in the Department of Highways.

Authorized filling the welfare fraud investigator position in the district attorney’s office.

Urged the governor to appoint a full board of directors to the North Country Power Authority.

Authorized filling vacant positions and abolished and created positions in the Department of Social Services.

Rejected authorizing soliciting proposals for the divestiture of assets of the Solid Waste Department.

Authorized a contract with Travel Unlimited, Canton, to coordinate the development of recreational trails in the county.

Appointed Kevin M. Wells to the county Traffic Safety Board.
