POTSDAM — Heather A. Bradley, 22, Norfolk, was arrested by village police at 2:25 a.m. Friday for allegedly fighting with another woman outside 6 Elm St.

She was placed in the prisoner compartment of a patrol car; shortly after, an unknown person opened the door to let her out, police said.

She was promptly caught and charged with disorderly conduct and escape, they said. She is scheduled to appear in Potsdam Village Court.
