MASSENA — Anthony E. Wells, 21, was arrested by village police at 1 a.m. Sunday and charged with violating an order of protection.

Mr. Wells is homeless, and was drunk at the time of his arrest, according to police.

He was sent to the St. Lawrence County jail in lieu of $100 bail.

Police had no further information.
