THERESA — A village man was being held Monday in the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, Watertown, for allegedly violating stay-away terms of a woman’s order of protection.

Thomas M. Uzailko, 54, was arrested Sunday evening by state police on a charge of second-degree contempt on a complaint filed by Melony S. Gray, 118 Bridge St. Bail was set at $750 by Town Justice Roger K. Duvall.
