ReEnergy Holdings LLC, Albany, has appointed William M. O’Reilly as facility manager for ReEnergy Black River at Fort Drum.

Mr. O’Reilly, who has more than 20 years of experience in the power industry, will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the facility, acquired in late 2011. ReEnergy is investing $34 million this year to convert the facility to use locally harvested forest materials, known as biomass, as its primary fuel. The facility is expected to be operational in early 2013.
