Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill that he says will help craft breweries, and celebrated in Utica with state Sen. Joe Griffo, R-Rome.

In the attached photo, Mr. Griffo is to the governor's right.

First spotted by my friends at Capital Tonight, the photograph is a reflection of the days of good feelings between the Democratic governor and the Republican majority. Or it could just be a couple dudes throwing back brewskis.

Mr. Griffo, who represents Lewis County and part of St. Lawrence County, has no opposition on Nov. 6.

A reason for cheers, indeed.
