Norfolk- Julius C. Papp, 85, of Crab Street, Norfolk, passed away at a Florida hospital on November 18, 2011.

Julius was born May 28, 1925 in Norfolk to the late Julius and Ethel (Nagy) Papp. He graduated from Norfolk High School. He served in the Army in the South Pacific during WWII. He married Emma Molnar on July 26, 1947. Julius retired from Alcoa in Massena.

Julius is survived by a daughter, Jacqueline Maxin-Lee of Florida; a son Julius C. Papp of VA; a son, Edward John Papp of PA; One Sister, Mary Molnar, of Massena; two brothers, Rev. Edward Papp, Ogdensburg and Charles Papp of Richville. He was predeceased by his wife Emma, his parents and a sister, Pearl Molnar.

There will be a Committal Service at the Visitation Cemetery at 5pm and July 19, 2012 followed by a Memorial Mass at the Church of Visitation at 5:30 pm.
