A Watertown man was sentenced Thursday in Jefferson County Court to up to seven years in state prison after admitting that he violated terms of his Drug Court contract.

Luke A. Bohn, 22, was sentenced to 3¹⁄₃ to 7 years in prison for violating the substance abuse rehabilitation program that is designed to serve as an alternative to incarceration.

Mr. Bohn was referred to the program in December after pleading guilty to third-degree assault and two counts of third-degree burglary. He admitted that on Aug. 20, he injured Samaritan Medical Center nurse Nanci A. Eves by pushing her to the floor as she tried to administer a sedative to him in the hospital’s emergency room. She suffered injuries to her right wrist and hand.

He also admitted that on Aug. 14, he and others entered the Prospect Street residences of Amanda F. Vincent and Jamie L. Vrooman intending to steal something. Police said at the time that unspecified items valued at $1,355 were stolen from the Vincent home, and a digital camera was taken from the Vrooman residence.

Information about what led to his Drug Court violation was not available from the court.

Wanda J. Bedore, 32, also known as Wanda J. Benedict, Watertown, pleaded guilty to second-degree bail jumping and admitted violating terms of Drug Court. She is expected to be sentenced Aug. 20 to two to four years in prison. She was referred to the program in July 2010 after pleading guilty to first-degree criminal nuisance, admitting that she allowed her State Street residence to be used as a place where drug sales occurred.

Following a court-ordered stay in a residential substance abuse rehabilitation program, she failed to show up for further Drug Court proceedings in September, leading to the bail-jumping charge. She violated conditions of Drug Court by absconding from its supervision.

Heather L. Carr, 29, Watertown, pleaded guilty to second-degree forgery and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and was referred to Drug Court. Ms. Carr, a former licensed practical nurse at Samaritan, admitted that on May 25, she forged the name of Dr. Ryan E. Tyler to a prescription and used it to unlawfully obtain more than 4 ounces of the drug from Kinney Drugs, 1304 Washington St.
