SACKETS HARBOR — The village’s annual kite fest will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. today at the corner of Washington and Ontario Streets. Free kites will be available while supplies last. Attendees are asked to use the Sackets Harbor Battlefield State Historic Site’s parking lot off Hill Street for the event.
