Watertown police responded to a noise complaint early Friday at 311 E. Main St. and interrupted a party at which officers allege a 14-year-old boy was allowed to drink beer.
The resident and host, Christopher T. Petrie, 21, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Police allege that he caused beer to be given to the youth, and allowed him to consume it. He is ordered to appear in City Court, where he also has pending a petit larceny charge lodged in May, when he was accused of stealing money from a womans purse at Taco Bell, 945 Arsenal St.
