FELONY DWI - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Martin A. Rivers, 52, of Canton with a felony count of driving while intoxicated and ticketed him for failure to keep right following a traffic stop at 2:20 a.m. Saturday on Andrews Street.

GRAND LARCENY - MASSENA - Massena-based state police charged Adam Ortiz, 26, of Akwesasne with third-degree grand larceny and 11 counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument on Friday. Troopers said the charges stemmed from an incident reported to state police at 5:15 p.m. July 17 from the town of Massena.

UNLAWFULLY GROWING CANNABIS - BOMBAY - Malone-based state police charged Thomas G. Boyea, 24, of Malone and Bradley E. Deshane, 18, of Fort Covington with unlawfully growing cannabis at 8:50 p.m. Friday at 203 County Route 1 in the town of Bombay.

STOLEN PROPERTY - MALONE - Malone-based state police charged Daniel J. Carley, 23, of Bombay with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property on Thursday stemming from an investigation into a complaint received at 1:29 p.m. July 16 in the town of Malone.

PROPERTY DAMAGE ACCIDENT - CANTON - State police in Canton, Massena and Malone have responded to several property damage accidents in recent days. They included:

■ Shane L. Hunter, 34, of Moira at 9:27 p.m. Thursday on County Route 37 near Factory Road in the town of Brasher.

■ Mark F. McCabe, 50, of Bombay at 10:36 p.m. Thursday on state Route 131 at Dennison Road in the town of Massena.

■ Kane Ross McNamara, 17, of Malone and Eve M. Chatland, 51, of Fort Covington were involved in a two-vehicle crash at 7:47 a.m. Thursday on County Route 1 at Foster Road in the town of Fort Covington.

■ Sylvia A. Brill, 66, of Fort Covington and Michael L. Boprey, 70, of Norwood were involved in a two-vehicle collision at 11:05 a.m. Thursday on Route 11 at Airport Drive in the town of Malone.
