PULASKI — State police on Friday charged Robert L. Terry, 44, of 168 Canning Factory Road, with third-degree assault.

Mr. Terry was accused of pushing Christina M. Peach, same address, into a refrigerator, causing her to fall down and break her ankle.

He is to appear in Richland Town Court.
