Watertown police on Friday charged Shyrone A. Green Sr., 34, of 206 Franklin St., Apt. 305, with second-degree harassment and petit larceny.

Mr. Green was accused Thursday of slapping Leslie J. Damon in the face and stealing a $9.69 pack of cigarettes from her at her 1708 Ohio St. residence.

He is to appear in City Court.

Mr. Green in February 2011 was sentenced in Jefferson County Court to time served in jail and three years’ probation on a charge of second-degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection then held by Ms. Damon.
