ADAMS — LeonE. Petrie, 49, of 9243 Grove St., was charged by state police Friday with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

He was accused of violating an order of protection held by Raphael L. Felicia, same address, by grabbing her arm and breaking her phone.

Mr. Petrie was arraigned before Ellisburg Town Justice Peter C. Payne and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $2,500 bail.

Police in June charged him with second-degree criminal contempt and harassment for allegedly violating the court order by threatening to kick Ms. Felicia in the head.
