Ferne E. Kobel, 92, of Watertown, died Monday evening, July 23, 2012. A funeral mass will be Monday, July 30, at 10AM at Holy Family Church. There will be no calling hours and further arrangements with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown, are incomplete.
