Celebration of Life for Stephen A. Kocsis will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2012 from 1-4 pm at the Elks Lodge in Massena. Mr. Kocsis passed away on November 12, 2011 in Bradenton, Fl. Local arrangements are under the direction of Phillips Memorial Home, in Massena.
