According to a statement from Lundy Funeral Home, 500 State St., Sgt. Rodriguezs family decided to hold a funeral service and bury him in the area as a tribute to his time with the posts 10th Mountain Division.
The procession, led by the The Patriot Riders Guard, will travel from the funeral home from 2 to 2:30 p.m. and proceed into West Carthage, where it will turn right on North Broad Street, then turn left on Route 126 and continue to Watertown. Sgt. Rodriguez will be buried in Brookside Cemetery.
