LOWVILLE Village police charged Scot R. Ielfield, 54, Lowville, with disorderly conduct after he allegedly interfered with emergency officials who were attempting to provide assistance at Trinity Avenue on July 23.
According to police, Mr. Ielfield reacted with a violent and threatening response when told by Lewis County Search and Rescue and village police personnel to stand back. He was arrested around 7:30 that evening.
Mr. Ielfield was released with an appearance ticket for Lowville Village Court.
